The staff made everything simple — they were patient, always provided timely updates, and communicated clearly every step of the way.

|Recommended: NoSmoking Issue — Aside from neighbors having 1am karaoke, the common areas aren’t cleaned often, I’d say tops once every 3 months if that. It’s supposed to be a non smoking community but I have to keep my windows closed because my neighbors keep smoking despite multiple complaints to the office. The dog park poo trash can is never emptied out consistently. One of our rooms has mold from a leak that wasn't fixed promptly. The water stain on the ceiling was “fixed” by painting over it rather than cutting out the dry wall to let it air out before repairing it. For it to almost be 3k a month, this place is not cutting it.

|Recommended: YesNice Place — All in all, it’s a nice place. I would like to see it a bit cleaner, like the floors throughout the complex. And be able to use the amenities certain hours of the day.

|Recommended: YesJust Moved In — Can't speak on the maintenance staff quite yet since we just moved in, but everything other than that so far has been a breeze. Enjoy the space a lot and Gabriel Perez has been very helpful, patient and kind to us.
